Ellicottville Salt Cave & Spa

This sounds quite intriguing! New York's First Authentic European Salt Cave! Massage therapist and owner, says that Halotherapy is good for the respiratory system, allergies, asthma, can treat colds and enhance sleep.  The "cave" is a 220 square foot room which has salt floors, salt rocks on the walls and stalactites on the ceiling.  The room is kept at 70 degrees and you sit in a gravity chair, listening to music and breathing in the healing salt air. 

Don't expect to take your cell phone, as no electronics are permitted.
