In order to fish on any of the Seneca Nation of Indians (SNI) territories you must have a Seneca Nation of Indians fishing license.
Please note that:
- a portion of the Cattaraugus Creek runs through the Cattaraugus Territory
- a portion of the Allegany River runs through the Allegany Territory
"Any enrolled Seneca may request to see the fishing license of any individual while on Seneca Territories, but only the SNI Conservation Officer or SNI Marshal shall have the authority to impound equipment or issue a citation."
